Velunya Qorvani - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Velunya Qorvani (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) collects, uses, and protects user information.

1. Information Collection

The App does not collect any personal information from users. All app data is stored locally on the user’s device only and is not uploaded to any server.

If you choose to add one of your own items, or an optional face photo, you can take a new photo with the camera or pick one from your photo library. The App asks the operating system for camera or photo library access only when you start this, and it only receives the single photo you take or pick. That photo is processed on your device (for example, to remove the background of an item) and is kept only inside the App. It is never uploaded, and you can decline access and still use the built-in sample pieces.

If you choose to save a picture you made in the App to your device’s photo library, the App asks the operating system for permission to add that picture to your photos. The App does not browse, scan, or upload your photo library, and you can decline the request and still view your pictures inside the App.

2. Data Use

The App uses data stored locally on the device only for the following purposes:

• For display within the App only
• To save data that users actively create or set within the App
• To provide local features related to the App

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on the user’s device and is not transmitted to any external server.

4. User Rights

Users can manage local data at any time in the following ways:

• Delete individual saved items, or clear everything, within the App
• Uninstall the App to delete all related data

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services, does not integrate any advertising or analytics networks, and does not require an account or an internet connection.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages and does not collect any personal information from children.

7. Privacy Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page and users will be notified when the App is updated.
